About the role#
As a Customer Service and Design Intern, you will join our team to support core design processes and customer service operations. You will work on projects that help us ensure food safety and availability. You will have a dedicated mentor and participate in a structured onboarding program to help you develop professional skills.
What you'll do#
- Print and measure color proofs for our customers.
- Manage shipping labels and coordinate the shipment of proofs.
- Create master data for customers using the EasyDesign system.
- Develop onboarding materials to explain our design processes to new customers.
- Prepare reports to track our key performance indicators.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program, such as Marketing, Industrial Design, or Graphic Design.
- Graduation date must occur after the internship concludes.
- High motivation to learn and strong team orientation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is preferred.
- Experience with Power BI is a plus.
Location & details#
- This role is based in Denton, Texas.
- The internship runs from May 31, 2027, through April 28, 2028.
- You must be available to work on-site.
- This is a full-time position during the summer months, transitioning to a part-time schedule of up to 20 hours per week during the school year.
- This position is paid.
