About the role#
We are looking for Engineering Interns to join our team in Winsted for the Summer 2027 term. You will work on-site at our manufacturing facility, gaining hands-on experience through projects that contribute to our daily operations. You will be paired with a mentor and participate in a structured program to help you develop your professional skills.
What you'll do#
- Improve risk management processes within the factory.
- Assist with internal audits and the creation or maintenance of standard operating procedures.
- Participate in World Class Manufacturing activities.
- Work alongside internal teams in production and business streams, including engineering and technical product owners.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college degree program, ideally within your final two years.
- Preferred majors include Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Python, or SAP is helpful but not required.

- This is a full-time, paid position based on-site in Winsted, Minnesota.
- The internship begins on May 31, 2027.
