About the role#
The Vehicle Accessories and Merchandise team manages product development for vehicle accessories, apparel, and lifestyle items. You will work with Program and Product Managers to keep product launches on track. This role focuses on the business operations of aftermarket accessories and merchandise.
What you'll do#
- Test fit accessories on vehicles.
- Coordinate photoshoots and manage inventory readiness.
- Develop marketing and merchandising strategies for the Tesla Shop website.
- Ensure product copy is ready for launch.
- Support events where products are featured or sold.
- Analyze market research, sales data, and customer feedback to inform future product development.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Industrial Design, Product Design, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- Ability to work in an environment that changes often.
- Experience driving impact and influencing others within an organization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Wrike.
- Ability to collaborate across functions and contribute creative ideas.
Location & details#
- Location: Hawthorne, California.
- Modality: On-site, 40 hours per week.
- Term: Winter 2027 through Spring 2027, with potential to continue into Summer 2027.
- Minimum duration: 12 weeks.
- This is a paid, full-time internship for students actively enrolled in an academic program.
