About the role#
The Chassis Controls team is seeking a Technical Project Manager Intern to manage proving ground testing, vehicle tracking, and parts logistics. You will work closely with engineering teams to keep the fleet operational and support new vehicle programs through hands-on coordination and planning.
What you'll do#
- Plan and organize proving ground testing sessions with cross-functional teams.
- Facilitate vehicle usage, tracking, and physical movement.
- Support global engineering fleet audits by analyzing utilization and monitoring vehicle configurations.
- Coordinate retrofit programs to support new vehicle development.
- Manage parts inventory to fulfill open vehicle ticket requests.
- Schedule and oversee vehicle maintenance and repair work.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Graduation date between May 2027 and May 2028.
- Experience in parts management, logistics, supply chain, or FSAE.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or software engineering fundamentals.
- Ability to coordinate tasks across multiple teams.
- Strong communication skills and comfort managing several projects simultaneously.
Location & details#
- Location: Palo Alto, California.
- Modality: On-site, 40 hours per week.
- Terms: Winter 2027 and Summer 2027.
- Employment: Full-time internship, paid.
