About the role#
As a Technical Program Management Intern in Cell Manufacturing, you will work within a cross-functional environment to support the development and scaling of battery production. You will act as a central point of contact for engineering and manufacturing teams, ensuring projects move from concept through to mass production. This role involves managing project lifecycles, tracking technical progress, and coordinating the installation and commissioning of automated equipment.
What you'll do#
- Develop project timelines, track risks, and provide progress updates to cross-functional teams.
- Lead manufacturing ramp activities and coordinate tool installation.
- Support new product introduction trials within production lines.
- Manage program roadmaps and project lists to ensure alignment with engineering goals.
- Drive the design and implementation of automated equipment, including conveyance systems and process automation.
- Facilitate coordination between engineering, supply chain, production planning, construction, and logistics.
- Manage vendor relations and stakeholder communications.
- Set standards for internal work processes and project management tools.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals and the ability to apply them to solve technical problems.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week on-site for a minimum of 12 weeks.

- Compensation: Paid internship with eligibility for company benefits.
