About the role#
As a Service Technician Trainee Intern, you will work directly on customer vehicles at our service center. This role involves hands-on tasks and requires clear communication as you interact with customers. You will gain experience with electric vehicles and learn about our technology while supporting the team in daily operations.
What you'll do#
- Perform entry-level inspection, repair, and service on electric vehicles.
- Use a variety of hand, power, and shop tools.
- Complete equipment inspections, adjustments, and certifications.
- Conduct Pre-Delivery Inspections on new cars.
- Maintain accurate records of time, parts, inventory, and shop supplies.
- Assist with vehicle cleanliness for customer cars.
- Support Parts and Front of House operations as needed.
What you'll need#
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair methods.
- Current enrollment in an Automotive program is preferred.
- A valid driver license and the ability to report to the service center as needed.
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
- A safety-first attitude and the ability to work well in a team.
- Basic computer skills, including web browsing and Microsoft Office applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with the English language.

- Compensation: $22.50 per hour plus benefits.
