About the role#
This internship focuses on supporting the recruiting team by managing candidate interactions and maintaining data accuracy. You will work closely with recruiters and stakeholders to ensure the hiring process runs smoothly while identifying ways to improve the overall candidate experience.
What you'll do#
- Manage incoming requests and maintain clear communication between candidates, recruiters, and other team members.
- Prioritize follow-ups and ensure high attention to detail in all tasks.
- Update recruiting systems and confirm new hires to keep data records accurate.
- Identify ways to improve the candidate experience.
- Assist with various recruiting activities as needed.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Ability to work full-time (at least 32 hours per week) for a minimum of 12 weeks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs like Excel and Word.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A resourceful and analytical mindset with the ability to adapt to change.
- Previous work experience or internships in a related field are considered a plus.
Location & details#
- This role is based on-site in Palo Alto, CA or Fremont, CA.
- The internship covers the Winter and Spring 2027 terms.
- This is a paid, full-time position.
