About the role#
This internship is a full-time, on-site position based in Brookshire, Texas. It runs during the Winter and Spring terms of 2027, starting around January and continuing through May. You will work 40 hours per week for a minimum of 12 weeks. This program is intended for students currently enrolled in an academic program.
What you'll do#
- Manage communication between candidates, recruiters, and stakeholders.
- Maintain data integrity by updating candidate records and confirming new hires in recruiting systems.
- Prioritize follow-up and follow-through on all tasks.
- Look for ways to improve the candidate experience.
- Assist with various recruiting activities and projects as needed.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Human Resources, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Ability to work full-time, at least 32 hours per week, on-site for a minimum of 12 weeks.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs like Excel and Word.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A resourceful, analytical, and curious approach to work.
- Previous work experience or internships in a related field is a plus.
