About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to support the recruiting team at our Austin location. You will work on-site for the Winter and Spring 2027 terms. This is a full-time, paid position for students currently enrolled in an academic program.
What you'll do#
- Manage requests and communicate with candidates, recruiters, and internal stakeholders.
- Track candidate records in our recruiting systems and confirm new hires.
- Ensure data integrity for reporting purposes.
- Focus on follow-through and attention to detail in your daily work.
- Find ways to improve the candidate experience.
- Assist with various recruiting activities as the team needs.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Availability to work full-time (32+ hours per week) for at least 12 weeks.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools like Excel and Word.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A resourceful and analytical mindset with the ability to adapt to change.
- Previous internship or work experience in a related field is helpful.
