About the role#
This internship focuses on supporting the recruiting team by managing candidate workflows and ensuring accurate data tracking. You will work closely with recruiters and stakeholders to maintain clear communication and improve the overall candidate experience.
What you'll do#
- Manage daily requests while keeping communication clear between candidates, recruiters, and other stakeholders.
- Prioritize follow-up and follow-through with a focus on detail and thorough work.
- Update candidate records in recruiting systems and confirm new hires.
- Maintain data integrity to ensure reporting is accurate.
- Identify ways to improve the candidate experience.
- Assist with various recruiting activities as the team needs support.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Availability for at least 12 weeks.
- Ability to work full-time, at least 32 hours per week.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs like Excel and Word.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A results-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to change and take initiative.
- Previous work experience or internships in a related field are a plus.
Location & details#
- This position is based on-site in Sparks and Reno, Nevada.
- The term is for Winter 2027.
- This is a paid, full-time internship.
