About the role#
This internship supports the Service Campaigns & Compliance team in Fremont. You will help develop processes and systems that improve vehicle reliability and service operations. Your work directly impacts how we manage service campaigns for our expanding customer fleet and new product launches. You will collaborate with engineering, product management, software development, and field service teams to implement improvements.
What you'll do#
- Scale the Service Campaign framework to support the Tesla Vehicle Program.
- Manage service campaigns from initial intake through to launch and execution.
- Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes for the service team.
- Develop and maintain the internal team handbook, including policy inventories and onboarding guides.
- Keep track of key project statuses and initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a degree program for Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency with productivity software like Microsoft Office or Atlassian tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects at once.
- High attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound business judgment.
- Experience with SQL or data visualization tools like Tableau is a plus.
Location & details#
- Location: Fremont, California.
- Work modality: On-site, full-time (40 hours per week).
- Terms: Winter 2027 or Summer 2027.
- Duration: Minimum 12 weeks.
- Compensation: $20.43 - $33.65 per hour plus benefits.
