About the role#
Tesla is looking for a Project Manager to join the North America Sales and Delivery organization. You will work with the Business Generation team to develop and run outbound programs and campaigns. The goal is to grow brand awareness and market penetration. You will build systems that help field teams manage media relationships and track performance metrics to improve results.
What you'll do#
- Lead the development and execution of strategic outbound programs.
- Drive cross-functional alignment and manage complex initiatives.
- Create centralized resources for field teams, including playbooks, toolkits, and request portals.
- Evaluate new growth and media opportunities.
- Coordinate with external media for local and national engagements.
- Analyze data trends to build strategies for program optimization.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and communication between stakeholders.
- Improve workflows and resource use through automation and standardization.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with high attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A bias for speed and action.
- Comfort working in environments with evolving priorities.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- A deep understanding of the customer journey and the full sales cycle.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools like Asana, Smartsheet, or MS Project.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, on-site internship located in Rockville, Maryland.
- The term runs from Winter 2027 through Spring 2027.
- Candidates must be able to work 40 hours per week on-site for a minimum of 12 weeks.
- This position is paid and does not offer sponsorship.
