About the role#
The Organizational Development team supports HR leadership and project management to ensure Tesla remains a productive place to work. This is a hands-on, tactical role. You will assist with workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement, and various ad hoc projects. You will work closely with your manager and mentor on projects that contribute to team success.
What you'll do#
- Provide administrative support to global talent management programs, HR leadership, and project teams.
- Act as a liaison between senior leadership and internal teams to ensure clear communication and address stakeholder needs.
- Create HR-related communications and presentations for various projects.
- Coordinate HR events, workshops, and programs to ensure smooth execution.
- Track project timelines and milestones to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes for better efficiency and employee experience.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Human Resources, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Availability for a minimum of 12 weeks, working 40+ hours per week.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and Word.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to change, take initiative, and learn quickly.
- Previous work experience, internships, or project management experience are considered a plus.
