About the role#
This internship focuses on building and managing the infrastructure and applications that support our engineering teams. You will work directly with groups like Connected Systems, Firmware, and Autopilot to create tools that power the development of our vehicles and technologies. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Fremont, California.
What you'll do#
- Architect, build, and manage infrastructure components for internal engineering teams.
- Design and implement services that support our internal software and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve development workflows.
- Apply computer science concepts to real-world engineering projects.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Computer Science, Information Technology, or related degree program.
- Proficiency in at least one industry language, such as Python, Go, Java, or C/C++.
- Experience building or maintaining infrastructure and services.
- A strong grasp of fundamental computer science concepts and the ability to write clean, organized code.
- A detail-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Curiosity about how our products are designed, built, and operated.
- Familiarity with React, JS, Angular, CSS, MySQL, MS SQL, or Oracle is a plus.
Location & details#
- Location: Fremont, California.
- Term: Winter 2027 through Spring 2027.
- Commitment: Full-time, 40 hours per week, on-site.
- Compensation: $42.00 - $58.00 per hour plus benefits.
