About the role#
This internship focuses on bridging the gap between technical engineering teams and customer-facing marketing. You will work within the Engineering & Information Technology department to translate complex product specifications into clear value propositions. This role requires a balance of technical understanding and communication skills to support product launches across multiple channels.
What you'll do#
- Draft and update product content, including FAQs, talking points, one-pagers, and launch materials.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to turn technical feature changes into clear benefits for installers and customers.
- Support product launches by creating content for sales and marketing teams.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Ability to explain technical information in a customer-focused way.
- Experience managing end-to-end product deployment from concept through launch.
- Comfort working across different functions and managing several workstreams simultaneously.
- Strong ability to keep multiple projects moving forward at the same time.
Location & details#
- Location: Palo Alto, California.
- Term: Winter 2027 (starts January 2027, minimum 12 weeks).
- Work Modality: On-site, full-time (40 hours per week).
- Compensation: Paid position.
- Eligibility: You must be actively enrolled in an academic program.
