About the role#
The Employee Referrals team is hiring an intern to support our Bay Area operations. You will help build hiring pipelines, design internal campaigns, and manage program metrics. This role involves direct interaction with employees and recruiting teams to maintain program integrity.
What you'll do#
- Audit referral award eligibility on a bi-weekly basis.
- Manage the e-ticketing platform and resolve daily inquiries.
- Prepare reports and propose process improvements or automation tasks.
- Support hiring ramps by driving referral campaigns.
- Partner with People Content to create employee communications.
- Build and maintain positive employee relations.
- Use data to influence stakeholders and recommend new initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Human Resources, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency with the MS Office suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in customer service or administration.
- Ability to multitask and manage projects effectively.
- Professional communication skills when interacting with all levels of the organization.
- A deep interest in employee relations and Tesla's mission.
Location & details#
- Location: Fremont, California.
- Modality: On-site, 40 hours per week.
- Terms: Winter 2027 and Summer 2027.
- Duration: Minimum of 12 weeks, full-time.
- Compensation: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour plus benefits.
