About the role#
We are looking for an intern to support a key Compensation Infrastructure Project. You will help streamline processes, integrate systems, and develop reporting tools for the Compensation and HR teams. This role involves driving coordination across departments to ensure projects are delivered on time.
What you'll do#
- Lead project management tasks by creating and tracking project plans, milestones, and deliverables.
- Organize and facilitate meetings across multiple teams, track progress, and capture action items.
- Bridge communication between business stakeholders and developers to translate requirements.
- Support automation efforts to improve process efficiency.
- Monitor project timelines, identify risks, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with compensation, HR, and IT teams to align on project objectives.
What you'll need#
- Strong project management, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
- Basic knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Familiarity with system integration, reporting tools, or automation scripting.
- High level of discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR and compensation data.
- Proactive and detail-oriented approach.
