About the role#
We are looking for an intern to support a key Compensation Infrastructure Project. You will help streamline processes, integrate systems, and develop reporting tools for the Compensation and HR teams. This role involves driving coordination across multiple groups to ensure the project stays on track and meets its objectives.
What you'll do#
- Lead project management tasks, such as creating and tracking project plans, milestones, and deliverables.
- Organize and facilitate meetings across teams, track progress, and capture action items.
- Bridge communication between business stakeholders and developers to translate requirements.
- Support automation efforts to improve process efficiency.
- Monitor project timelines, identify risks, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with compensation, HR, and IT teams to align on project goals.
What you'll need#
- Strong project management, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment.
- High level of discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR and compensation data.
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and a willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of project management methodologies is preferred.
- Familiarity with system integration, reporting tools, or automation scripting is a plus.
Location & details#
- This position is based on-site in Austin, Texas.
- The internship is full-time and requires a minimum of 12 weeks.
- The term covers Winter 2027 through Summer 2027.
