About the role#
The AV content team manages live external and internal events, including vehicle announcements, earnings calls, and AI Day. We are looking for a student to support our growing event needs and help execute AV integration projects. You will work on-site in Palo Alto to support our vision for the next generation workplace.
What you'll do#
- Execute and support major AV integration projects.
- Provide event support and set-up in coordination with the AV team.
- Participate in architecture planning with IT and Facilities teams.
- Translate customer needs into technical and business requirements.
- Troubleshoot AV issues during crisis situations for users.
- Develop hardware and software integrations to streamline support.
- Create documentation for end users and the internal AV team.
- Work with IT and AV engineers to ensure thorough office build handoffs.
- Maintain photo databases and event coverage archives.
- Apply knowledge of TCP/IP, UDP, and IP schemas.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an educational program with a graduation date between December 2027 and December 2028.
- Ability to relocate and work on-site in Palo Alto, California.
- Experience with the operation, installation, and configuration of projectors, amplifiers, AV matrix routers, control systems, and touch panels.
- Experience installing and configuring computer systems in networked environments.
- Ability to apply diagnostic techniques for problem troubleshooting.
- Skills to independently plan work, manage priorities, and use resources to meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel and attend global events when needed.
- Experience with live events, Microsoft Teams, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office is preferred.
- Relevant technical certifications are a plus.

- Compensation: $24.00 - $33.00 per hour plus benefits.
