About the role#
This internship offers an opportunity to work within the People department, supporting workforce planning and HR operations. You will engage with the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, while helping to analyze and improve existing HR processes. This is a full-time, on-site position.
What you'll do#
- Support workforce planning strategies and document workflows.
- Assess workforce composition and recommend development plans for the future.
- Manage employee lifecycle touchpoints, including learning, development, and performance management.
- Triage employee escalations regarding the employee experience.
- Use data to inform decisions and improve employee engagement.
- Analyze HR programs to identify opportunities for automation and AI integration.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Availability for at least 12 weeks, working 40+ hours per week on-site.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools like Excel and Word.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle difficult conversations and de-escalate situations with discretion and good judgment.
- A resourceful, analytical, and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Previous work experience, internships, or project management experience are considered a plus.

- Locations: Palo Alto, CA; Fremont, CA; or Austin, TX.
- Terms: Winter 2027, Spring 2027, or Summer 2027.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour plus benefits.
