About the role#
As an HR Partner Intern within the Engineering department, you will support various People initiatives. You will work closely with your manager and team to gain professional experience through projects that contribute to team goals. This is a paid, full-time, on-site internship.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding training.
- Manage enrollment, attendance, travel, and materials for training programs.
- Create communications for Learning and Development platforms.
- Focus on the onboarding employee experience.
- Use analytics to help drive employee engagement.
- Standardize and optimize HR processes and programs.
- Administer solutions for benefits delivery.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor or Master degree program in Human Resources, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Communications, or Business.
- Ability to work on-site, 40 hours per week, for a minimum of 12 weeks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools like Excel and Word.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A curious, resourceful, and analytical mindset with a focus on results.
- Ability to adapt to change and take initiative.
- Previous work experience or project management experience is a plus.
