About the role#
As a Hunyuan Multimodal Algorithm Researcher Intern, you will work on the research and development of Omni multimodal large models. This role involves the full lifecycle of model development, from data construction and foundational algorithm design to pre-training, fine-tuning, and reinforcement learning optimization. You will evaluate model capabilities and explore downstream application scenarios to ensure the competitiveness of our technology.
What you'll do#
- Design and construct training data for large-scale multimodal models.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and develop solutions based on first principles to accelerate model iteration.
- Research next-generation model architectures to advance understanding and generation capabilities.
- Push the boundaries of current multimodal models through the exploration of diverse paradigms.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or related fields (graduate degrees are prioritized).
- Solid foundation in deep learning algorithms with practical experience in large model development.
- Hands-on experience in large-scale multimodal data processing and high-quality data generation.
- Proficiency in deep learning implementation details, including model tuning, CPU/GPU acceleration, and distributed training or inference optimization.
- Familiarity with Diffusion Models and Autoregressive Models is advantageous.
- Participation in ACM or NOI competitions is highly valued.
- Strong learning agility, communication skills, and teamwork.

- Compensation: $80,168.40 to $124,800.00 per year.
