About the role#
This is a full-time internship focused on supporting our regional sales and architecture teams. You will serve as a point of contact for customers using our audio and video services. Your work helps bridge the gap between technical requirements and our product capabilities to ensure customers meet their business goals.
What you'll do#
- Provide technical support for pre-sales consultations and proof of concept verification.
- Analyze customer media architecture and identify specific needs in audio and video scenarios.
- Develop industry solutions and share case studies for international markets.
- Communicate customer feedback and requirements back to our product development team.
- Present our media product capabilities and industry insights at online and offline events.
- Collaborate with marketing and channel teams to support regional ecosystem partners.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, Cloud Computing, or a related field.
- Familiarity with audio and video technologies, including live streaming, video on demand, encoding, decoding, and network transmission.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact with technical decision-makers.
- Experience with public clouds or related industries is a plus.
- Cross-cultural communication skills are preferred.
Location & details#
- This role is based on-site in either Palo Alto, California or Bellevue, Washington.
- The position is paid and follows a rolling term schedule.
