About the role#
This internship focuses on supporting Tencent Cloud Media Services. You will work alongside our regional sales and architecture teams to provide technical guidance for customers using our audio and video solutions. The role involves bridging the gap between customer needs and our product development team while helping to grow our presence in international markets.
What you'll do#
- Act as a point of contact for customers regarding audio and video services.
- Provide technical support for pre-sales consultations and proof of concept verification.
- Analyze customer technology architecture to identify specific needs in audio and video scenarios.
- Develop industry solutions and share case studies for sectors like gaming, social media, and education.
- Communicate customer requirements back to our product development team.
- Present our product capabilities at online and offline industry events.
- Support regional ecosystem partners by collaborating with our channel and marketing teams.
What you'll need#
- A bachelor degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, Cloud Computing, or a related field.
- Familiarity with audio and video technology, including live streaming, encoding, decoding, and network transmission.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to talk to technical decision-makers.
- Excellent cross-cultural communication skills.
- Previous experience with public clouds or related industries is a plus.
- Relevant coursework or project experience in cloud computing is a plus.

- Pay: $27.12 to $51.93 per hour.
