About the role#
As a Software Engineering Intern at TELUS Digital, you will join our team for a full-time, paid summer program. You will work alongside our engineers, researchers, and creatives to build products for our clients. This role offers the chance to gain hands-on experience on large projects while receiving mentorship from our engineering leadership.
What you'll do#
- Support real client work to deliver technical results.
- Participate in the delivery of large and complex software projects within a team.
- Contribute your own ideas and fresh perspectives to ongoing projects.
- Learn directly from engineering leadership.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
- You plan to graduate in Fall or Winter 2027 or later.
- You have experience with mobile or web development, such as Swift, Java, Kotlin, TypeScript, or Javascript.
- You have completed a mobile or web project either in school or on your own time.
- You have an interest or experience in integrating AI technology into the development process.
- You must be authorized to work permanently for any employer in the U.S. We do not provide visa sponsorship.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, 11-week summer internship.
- The role is hybrid, with an in-office presence required on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
- Available locations include Columbus, OH, Charlottesville, VA, and Durham, NC.
