About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship focused on revenue operations. You will gain hands-on experience in how a SaaS company manages sales, data, and customer engagement. You will work alongside experienced sales professionals to learn about pipeline management and the tools used to support business growth.
What you'll do#
- Maintain and improve CRM data quality by reviewing and cleaning records.
- Ensure the accuracy and consistency of account, contact, and lead data.
- Organize and analyze data using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Conduct light outbound outreach through phone calls and email.
- Perform short surveys and discovery outreach to identify potential prospects.
- Collaborate with sales representatives to understand workflows and prospect qualification.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects related to sales operations and process improvement.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college or university, with a preference for majors in Business Administration, Marketing, or Computer Science.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfort working with data in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Clear and professional communication skills.
- An interest in technology, SaaS, or sales.

- This role is based on-site in Chicago, Illinois.
