About the role#
The Fall 2026 Intern to Founder & CEO - Graphic Design role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience within the Creative Design department at Tarte Cosmetics. This internship is designed to build professional skills in teamwork, leadership, analysis, and strategic thinking while providing exposure to various facets of the beauty industry.
What you'll do#
- Support daily operations and responsibilities within the Design department.
- Take ownership of assigned daily and weekly tasks.
- Participate in trainings and speaking engagements led by company leaders across multiple departments.
- Collaborate with interns from other departments to complete an independent Capstone Project.
- Develop core professional skills including teamwork, leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a student at an accredited college or university (rising seniors preferred).
- Academic focus in Graphic Design or Art.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask and maintain flexibility.
- Strong teamwork capabilities.
Location & details#
- This is a paid, full-time, on-site internship based in New York, New York.
- Candidates must be able to work in-person at the NYC office during the Fall 2026 term.
