Operations Manager

About the role#

As an Operations Manager intern, you will work within our Distribution and Receive Centers to support the logistics of getting products to our guests. This role focuses on leadership, safety, and operational excellence. You will have the opportunity to influence team productivity and growth while gaining hands-on experience in a high-volume environment.

What you'll do#

• Foster a "safety first" culture through consistent awareness, training, and accountability.
• Establish yourself as an engaging and inclusive leader who motivates and develops team members.
• Create a positive work environment by providing real-time observation and constructive, actionable feedback.
• Ensure operational plans are executed effectively to meet performance and budget goals.
• Innovate with new approaches to processes and methods to improve efficiency and future flow optimization.
• Identify root causes to problems and contribute to an environment of calculated testing and improvement.

What you'll need#

• A four-year degree or equivalent work experience.
• Demonstrated leadership ability with the capacity to engage and motivate others.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong reasoning, conflict-management, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• The ability to access all areas of the Distribution Center, including mezzanine platforms, and the ability to read and interpret policies to operate center systems.
• Preferred academic background in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics.

Location & details#

• This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2026.
• This role is strictly on-site at one of our Distribution Center locations across the United States, including facilities in Minnesota, Illinois, Georgia, California, Ohio, Kansas, Connecticut, Washington, Texas, South Carolina, Iowa, Pennsylvania, Arizona, Michigan, Alabama, New York, Virginia, Indiana, Oregon, Wisconsin, Colorado, Maryland, Florida, and New Jersey.
