About the role#
This is a Founders Associate internship working directly with the founders on current business priorities. You will see how an early-stage company operates from the inside. The work involves strategy, analysis, and execution. You will scope questions, conduct research, form recommendations, and own the follow-through until tasks are complete. Projects are real and require genuine ownership.
What you'll do#
- Own discrete, high-impact projects end to end, from framing the question to final execution.
- Research markets, competitors, customers, and internal data to produce clear written recommendations.
- Move between strategy, analysis, and hands-on execution based on weekly needs.
- Build lightweight processes and documentation to improve team efficiency.
- Track commitments across the team to ensure decisions turn into action.
What you'll need#
- Strong judgment, organization, and the ability to follow through with limited supervision.
- Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex problems into clear arguments.
- Strong research skills using both public sources and internal data.
- Comfort switching between strategy, analysis, and execution.
- Ability to work on ambiguous projects with limited structure.
- A high ownership mindset and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

- This role is fully remote within the United States.
- This is a paid, full-time internship.

- Preferred majors include Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
