About the role#
SystImmune is hiring a Human Resources Intern to join our team in Princeton, New Jersey. This is a paid, full-time, six-month internship designed for a college senior or recent graduate who wants hands-on experience in HR and talent acquisition. You will work directly with our team to support recruiting and HR operations in a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical environment.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across time zones, managing calendars and interview logistics.
- Support full-cycle recruiting by sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, and tracking applicants in our system.
- Assist with HR operations, including new hire onboarding, I-9 verification, and employee file maintenance.
- Enter data into our HRIS and audit records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Draft and post job descriptions to internal and external boards.
- Act as a point of contact for candidates to ensure a positive experience during onsite and virtual interviews.
- Help with team meetings, project documentation, and process improvement initiatives.
What you'll need#
- You are a current college senior or a recent graduate within the last 12 months.
- Your degree is in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
- You can commit to a full six-month internship and work onsite in Princeton, New Jersey.
- You possess strong organizational skills and can manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional approach.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook and Excel, and learn new systems quickly.
- You handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
