About the role#
We are looking for a motivated intern to support our business development, research, and planning efforts. This role provides hands-on experience with capital planning, market research, and client engagement within the infrastructure industry.
What you'll do#
- Audit and update internal systems, including login credentials and company profile information, to ensure records are accurate.
- Conduct research on transportation projects across multiple regions to support strategic initiatives.
- Maintain our CRM and database through data validation and cleanup.
- Review capital improvement programs for municipalities to identify new opportunities.
- Assist with the planning and execution of client engagement events.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Urban Planning, Business, or a related field.
- Up to 2 years of experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail when working with large datasets.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Location & details#
- This role is based in Tucson, Arizona.
- This is an on-site, full-time, paid internship.
- Work involves occasional lifting of up to 50lbs and the ability to sit, stand, or walk for the duration of a shift.
