    About the role#

    The Student, Site Reliability Analyst works within the Event and Performance Management practice. You will combine software and systems engineering to ensure applications and infrastructure remain stable and perform optimally. This role focuses on maintaining the reliability of internal and external digital services while identifying capacity and performance concerns. You will use engineering principles to improve systems and utilize automation to increase productivity and prevent future incidents.

    What you'll do#

    • Collaborate with teams to design, implement, and manage monitoring tools, dashboards, and reports.
    • Analyze metrics and identify trends to address risks to system reliability.
    • Work with internal business partners to support operational execution and service delivery.
    • Create and maintain accurate knowledge documentation.
    • Participate in industry-related training and contribute to team strategy and roadmaps.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in a Computer Science, Information Systems, or Information Technology program with a graduation date of April 2027 or later.
    • Prior experience in an operational technology support role.
    • Experience with the full systems development lifecycle and Agile delivery methodologies.
    • Familiarity with ITIL practices.
    • Experience with monitoring and performance management tools, such as Broadcom Monitoring Suite or xMatters.
    • Experience with job scheduling tools like Autosys and release management tools like Broadcom CDD.
    • Proficiency with Splunk or similar data analysis software.
    • Experience with security tools for privileged account management, such as CyberArk.
    • Strong skills in communication, organization, strategic planning, and data presentation.
    • Ability to act as a self-starter, negotiator, and consensus builder.
    • Ability to obtain Reliability Status Clearance, which includes a law enforcement inquiry and credit check.
