About the role#
As a Sales Support Analyst Intern, you will work on projects that improve how our team operates, communicates, and supports the business. This role focuses on problem-solving, process improvement, and creating resources that help others succeed. You will gain hands-on experience in AI innovation, business analytics, and project management while working within the Sales Support organization.
What you'll do#
- Explore AI and automation opportunities to help streamline team processes and reduce manual work.
- Create training materials and team resources, including guides, reference documents, and job aids.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying workflow challenges and helping design solutions.
- Assist with data analysis projects by gathering insights from business data to track metrics and identify trends.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to help teams monitor performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Partner with Sales Support and cross-functional teams to document processes and requirements.
- Test and evaluate new tools and system enhancements.
- Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to team members and stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or Operations Management.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship.
