About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027 based in San Jose, California. You will join the Project Management Office and New Product Development teams to gain hands-on experience in medical equipment manufacturing. This role requires you to be on-site at our facility.
What you'll do#
- Support New Product Development teams and the Project Management Office through governance and portfolio execution.
- Assist with data entry, metrics, resource analysis, and portfolio trend reporting.
- Work cross-functionally with program, project, and portfolio managers to improve tools, workflows, and speed to execution.
- Document complex processes and present them in a clear format.
- Apply your classroom knowledge in an industry setting while developing new skills.
- Network with key stakeholders and business leaders.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- You must remain enrolled in a degree-seeking program after the internship concludes.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and build relationships with team members.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for employment-based sponsorship.
