About the role#
As a Process Engineering intern within Advanced Operations, you will support our manufacturing teams to improve production quality and efficiency. This role is based on-site in Tempe, Arizona, and offers the opportunity to apply your technical background to real-world medical equipment manufacturing projects.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with technicians and engineers to improve manufacturing lines.
- Develop new fixtures for manufacturing processes.
- Enhance assembly line processes.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles.
- Improve ergonomics and safety within manufacturing environments.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Must remain enrolled in a degree-seeking program after the internship concludes.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for employment-based sponsorship.
