About the role#
This internship provides a hands-on introduction to the role of an Investment Banking Analyst. You will work alongside banking professionals, from Analysts to Managing Directors, on a variety of advisory and financing transactions within the Diversified sector. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, focusing on research and analysis to support transaction generation and execution.
What you'll do#
- Prepare presentation materials, including PowerPoint slides and summaries for pitch books.
- Collaborate with banking teams to execute transactions.
- Conduct in-depth quantitative financial analyses, such as corporate and asset valuation.
- Maintain databases on transactions and company financials.
- Monitor current events and analyze their impact on clients.
What you'll need#
- You are currently a 3rd year undergraduate student in business, mathematics, or statistics.
- You have a strong academic record and have demonstrated leadership through extracurricular activities like athletics, student government, or entrepreneurial projects.
- You have exposure to finance, accounting, and quantitative modeling.
- Experience with financial modeling and analysis is preferred.
- You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- You must be graduating in Spring 2027 or Spring 2028.
