Practicum Student ( Spanish Bilingual )

About the role#

This is a part-time, on-site practicum position based in San Jose, California. You will work with clients ages 5-21, providing community, school, and home-based services as part of a clinical team. This role focuses on replacing or extinguishing problematic behaviors under the direct supervision of a Clinical Supervisor.

What you'll do#

• Provide mental health and case management services to children, adolescents, and their families.
• Conduct engagement, assessment, and evaluation processes.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Serve as a liaison with external agencies and collaborate with clinical and support staff.
• Document and bill for services provided and complete required outcomes information.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in a practicum course at an accredited MA, MS, or MSW program.
• Proficiency in Spanish.
• A valid California Driver’s License and current automobile insurance.
• Ability to maintain a driving record that meets company eligibility requirements.

• Modality: On-site.
• Commitment: 16 hours per week.
• Compensation: $19.70 per hour.
