About the role#
This is a part-time, on-site practicum position based in San Jose, California. You will work with clients ages 5-21, providing community, school, and home-based services as part of a clinical team. This role focuses on replacing or extinguishing problematic behaviors under the direct supervision of a Clinical Supervisor.
What you'll do#
- Provide mental health and case management services to children, adolescents, and their families.
- Conduct engagement, assessment, and evaluation processes.
- Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
- Serve as a liaison with external agencies and collaborate with clinical and support staff.
- Document and bill for services provided and complete required outcomes information.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a practicum course at an accredited MA, MS, or MSW program.
- Proficiency in Spanish.
- A valid California Driver’s License and current automobile insurance.
- Ability to maintain a driving record that meets company eligibility requirements.
