About the role#
Join our Transportation Business Line and Major Projects Team as a Data Science Intern. You will work in our Orlando office to support business growth through market intelligence and research. This role offers exposure to digital tools and methodologies that shape the transportation sector.
What you'll do#
- Research the North American transportation market to identify key players, industry dynamics, and trends.
- Analyze upcoming business pursuits and investigate past wins to support data-driven strategies.
- Research leading construction companies to understand their project involvement and market presence.
- Collaborate with internal teams to build methodologies for data exploration, hypothesis testing, and modeling.
- Contribute to digital transformation efforts by supporting the development of innovative digital solutions.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Data Science, Construction Management, Business Analytics, Transportation Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to extract insights from complex datasets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office 365 Suite.
- Openness to developing low-code and no-code skill sets.
- A genuine interest in the transportation industry.
