About the role#
Stantec is seeking a full-time Administration Co-op Student for the Fall 2025 term to work in our Waterloo office. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team of professionals to provide administrative support and contribute to the operational success of the office.
What you'll do#
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle meeting room bookings and setups.
- Coordinate hospitality requirements for meetings.
- Perform clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning.
- Provide backup support for reception duties.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as required.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a business administration diploma or a related post-secondary degree program.
- Proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to handle changing priorities, take initiative, and learn new skills.
