About the role#
As a Brand Marketing Activation Intern, you will join our team in Mississauga to support marketing objectives and brand growth. You will report to the Director of Marketing and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute activations that drive consumer interaction and brand affinity. This is a full-time, paid position offering a hybrid work environment.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute brand activations, including paid media, influencer partnerships, content creation, and events.
- Manage day-to-day website updates, including landing page creation and maintenance.
- Coordinate French translations for marketing assets and communications.
- Troubleshoot and manage digital tools, including Where to Buy and ratings and reviews platforms.
- Route marketing copy and creative assets through internal legal teams for approvals.
- Adapt global campaign creative for the Canadian market and manage asset localization.
- Partner with the Brand Activation Manager to track KPI alignment and performance.
- Support the creative development process by initiating jobs, developing briefs, and reviewing work from the Brand Studio team.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in or completion of a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, specifically in your 3rd or 4th year of study or recently graduated.
- Proven leadership experience gained in or out of the classroom.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and set priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A results-oriented mindset and the ability to learn quickly.
