About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship for Summer 2027 based in Towson, Maryland. You will work on-site with the Tool & Outdoor team, gaining exposure to embedded software development while collaborating with cross-functional teams of engineers.
What you'll do#
- Develop software and embedded code for electrically powered equipment.
- Create tests for software components.
- Use test equipment and analysis tools to identify the root cause of technical issues.
- Assist research and engineering staff in preparing design modifications.
- Engage with low-level or bare-metal embedded C programming.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering degree program.
- Standing as a rising junior or senior.
- Experience with firmware testing and electrical design.
- A record of strong academic performance.

- Compensation: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour.
