About the role#
This is a full-time, paid Engineering Co-Op program. You will work in one of our engineering departments, with placement based on your specific skills, experience, and coursework. You will be supervised by a program manager and work alongside a peer mentor. This role involves participating in leadership development, networking, and community building activities.
What you'll do#
- Work on challenging, real-world engineering assignments.
- Contribute to departments such as Product Development, Testing, Quality, or Advanced Manufacturing.
- Engage with electrical, software, and mechanical systems depending on your placement.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical, computer, software, or electrical engineering.
- Completion of freshman year by the program start date.
- Solid academic record.
- Ability to work effectively in both individual and team environments.
- Self-motivation with a clear sense of ownership and accountability.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented approach with excellent time management and organizational habits.
- Ability to thrive in a complex environment.
- Demonstrated leadership through athletics, volunteerism, or student organizations.
- Must be a US citizen, a lawful permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States.

- Location: Valley City, Ohio.
- Modality: On-site.
- Terms: Summer 2027 and Fall 2027.
- Commitment: Full-time (40 hours per week).
