About the role#
As a Sustaining Engineer Intern, you will join our engineering team to support continuous improvement efforts. This paid summer internship provides hands-on experience in product design, quality, and performance. You will work on projects that help maintain our standards in the commercial heating industry.
What you'll do#
- Create and update technical documentation, such as product specifications, reports, and submittals.
- Review product issues and help draft engineering change requests.
- Work with manufacturing, quality assurance, and sales support teams to complete projects.
- Study our product lines to assist with change reviews.
- Lead additional projects that you propose or are assigned to you.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Completion of at least two years of engineering studies.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with technical drawings and mechanical aptitude for tools and machines.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and CAD software, preferably Creo Parametric.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: This is an on-site, full-time position.
- Environment: You will frequently work in a manufacturing setting, which requires the use of eye and foot protection.
