About the role#
The Customer Experience Intern supports the Customer Service department by focusing on process improvement and customer experience strategy. This role provides hands-on experience for students or recent graduates interested in project management and commercial strategy. You will work within a professional environment to analyze feedback and collaborate on solutions that improve customer satisfaction.
What you'll do#
- Analyze customer feedback and metrics to find trends and patterns.
- Create reports using raw data in Excel.
- Shadow Customer Service Managers during meetings and customer interactions.
- Participate in cross-departmental meetings.
- Refine your verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder interactions.
- Evaluate processes across plants to identify efficiency opportunities.
- Collaborate with team members to implement solutions.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Project Management, Process Improvement, Hospitality, Business Development, Corporate Communications, or Business Administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to build and present reports clearly.
- Access to Microsoft Teams with video capabilities.
- Interest in commercial strategy, product management, or market analysis.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
Location & details#
- This position is based in Brentwood, Missouri.
- The role offers remote and hybrid work options.
- You must be willing to travel up to 10% of the time to observe plant processes.
- This is a paid, full-time internship with a rolling term.
