About the role#
The Continuous Improvement Intern works on the plant floor to enhance manufacturing processes using Lean methodologies. You will analyze current workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements to boost productivity. This role offers hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment and requires collaboration across different functional teams.
What you'll do#
- Conduct time studies for assembly lines and other manufacturing processes.
- Develop standardized work procedures for assembly lines.
- Identify waste within manufacturing processes and contribute to problem-solving initiatives.
- Participate in structured Kaizen events.
- Manage and oversee cross-functional projects from initiation to completion.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing an Engineering degree, with a preference for process or industrial engineering.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management and the ability to multitask.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Process Management is a plus.

- Work Modality: On-site (70% of time spent on the plant floor).
