About the role#
As a Commercial Strategy Intern, you will support business objectives through data analysis, process standardization, and strategic reporting. This role involves working with cross-functional teams to monitor market trends and improve product performance metrics. You will gain exposure to commercial strategy while interacting with leadership to help drive business decisions.
What you'll do#
- Document, analyze, and capture the pricing process to find opportunities for efficiency.
- Standardize and document processes to ensure consistent execution across teams.
- Track key market indicators and prepare regular reports to inform strategy.
- Build models and dashboards to analyze product performance and support data-driven decisions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program for Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Teams and Zoom.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Interest in commercial strategy, product management, or market analysis.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment.

- Location: Burr Ridge, Illinois.
- Work Modality: Hybrid, with two days in-office and three remote days per week.
