About the role#
Space Kinetic is looking for a Business Management or Operations intern to join our team in El Segundo. This role is for a student in their final year of study. You will support daily operational activities and gain practical experience in purchasing, coordination, and supply management within an aerospace environment.
What you'll do#
- Support purchasing follow-up and track orders.
- Monitor delivery schedules and communicate with vendors.
- Maintain purchasing spreadsheets and internal tracking tools.
- Coordinate receiving and follow up on open orders.
- Organize vendor records, quotes, and purchasing documentation.
- Assist with meeting scheduling and internal coordination.
- Support operational reporting and status updates.
- Work with internal teams to track priorities and action items.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, or General Studies from an accredited college or university.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and ask good questions.
- Creative and innovative thinking.
- Receptive to feedback and open to the ideas of others.
- Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee to comply with U.S. government export regulations.

- Compensation: $27.00 per hour.
- Status: Full-time, paid internship with rolling terms.
