About the role#
Copies Plus student staff provide print production and customer service to the university community. You will assist students, faculty, staff, and campus organizations with printing and finishing services. This role supports the Office of Student Involvement by managing equipment reservations and operational needs.
What you'll do#
- Produce print materials like copies, posters, laminated items, and bound documents.
- Operate and maintain equipment such as large-format printers, copiers, and binding machines.
- Troubleshoot issues like paper jams and replace toner or ink cartridges.
- Process transactions using the point-of-sale system.
- Ensure all orders meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Recommend printing solutions to customers.
- Manage equipment reservations through scheduling systems.
- Handle general office tasks including email, filing, and data entry.
- Keep the workspace clean and safe.
- Attend staff meetings and professional development sessions.
- Assist the Office of Student Involvement with special projects.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program at Southern New Hampshire University.
- Active Federal Work-Study eligibility.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
- Ability to learn new technology and operate specialized printing equipment.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, bend, stoop, and climb stairs.

- This position is located on-site in New Hampshire.
- Employment is part-time with a rolling term.
- This is a paid position.
