About the role#
Southern New Hampshire University is hiring student employees for the 21st Century Program Support Staff position. This role involves working in an after-school setting to help create a positive experience for students. You will assist with daily tasks and provide support where it is needed most.
What you'll do#
- Build relationships and engage with students throughout the afternoon.
- Help students with academic activities like reading and math.
- Facilitate enrichment activities including STEM, arts and crafts, and gym games.
- Encourage student participation by joining in on activities.
- Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all students.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a SNHU degree program.
- A work study award as part of your financial aid package.
- Reliable transportation.
Location & details#
- Location: Manchester, New Hampshire.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Generally Monday through Friday, 2:45 pm to 5:00 pm.
- Compensation: $13.00 to $15.00 per hour.
- Employment Type: Part-time.
