About the role#
Southern New Hampshire University is hiring a student employee to serve as a Center Administration Assistant for the Manchester True Collaborative in Manchester, New Hampshire. This position supports the day-to-day operations of the LGBTQIA+ community center. You will assist with administrative tasks, projects, and events to keep the center organized and welcoming for the community.
What you'll do#
- Assist with routine administrative and organizational tasks.
- Support center projects, programs, events, and volunteer activities.
- Organize supplies, resources, shared spaces, and program materials.
- Perform basic data entry, document preparation, and filing.
- Provide professional assistance to visitors, volunteers, and community members.
- Prepare materials and spaces for meetings and community events.
- Identify routine center needs and communicate them to the supervising team.

- Current enrollment in a SNHU degree program.
- Work study as part of your financial aid package.
- Reliable transportation to the site.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic proficiency with common office technology.
- Ability to work independently and with a volunteer-led team.
